The telephone started ringing about 11:30 this morning at the "PennAire Motel". Apparently the checkout was at 11, and some lady was threatening to charge us for another day. So, 10 minutes later we were cruising across I-70. It was kind of weird to come back across into WV, after we'd already logged so many miles on our trip. But Wheeling, WV turned out to be quite a treat, because they still have a Rax Restaraunt there. Rax is an endangered species now, with only 8 locations left (according to our cashier). So, we had to take advantage of such a rare occasion.
We are a little short of Indianapolis tonight in a Super 8. We are about 2 or 3 hours ahead of where we had hoped to be by now, so we pulled in here a little early to settle in and watch the NCAA Final. The weather looks pretty rough for tomorrow's journey. We're hoping to capture a tornado on film. The conditions may be just right! :) Anyways, I'm gonna sign off for now. I'll try and write some more tomorrow night, complete with severe weather pictures!
